Bob and Pat Meinzer founded Hill Country Concrete Products, Inc. in 1978 with the original simple goals of building a quality water-tight concrete septic tank and reliably delivering that tank at a fair price. Though our product line has expanded substantially since 1978 to include grease interceptors, aerobic treatment systems, utility structures, storm water structures and custom precast structures, Bob and Pat’s original goals continue to drive Hill Country Concrete’s actions each and every day.
Having earned the respect of industry professionals over the past 30 years, HCCP proudly continues to offer construction and design professionals across the State integrity, expertise, consistent quality and reliable service — all at a fair price.
It is no secret that the key to Hill Country Concrete’s success and longevity lies with our talented and loyal employees. Many of our key personnel, such as our general manager Dan Davila, have worked with Hill Country Concrete for over 20 years. We believe that the mutual commitment and respect between Hill Country Concrete and its employees translates into better service, better products and better relationships with our customers.
In 2004, Amber and Neal Meinzer took over the reigns of Hill Country Concrete and have redoubled Bob and Pat’s original commitment to deliver quality products and services at a fair price. As part of that effort, HCCP has reconfirmed our commitment to quality by becoming an NPCA© Certified Plant; which carries the mark of the most stringent quality control program in the precast industry.
